You are here: What is normal availability?

Normal availability is time on an instructor's calendar when he or she is normally available for scheduling. For example, Rob Wiggins is available every Tuesday from 7- 4; this is his normal availability. If one Tuesday a month Rob is not available until 9, the 9-4 block of time is exception availability. And, if one Tuesday this month Rob is not available for scheduling at all, that day is marked as unavailable.
